I got a love note from my 5 year old! He said it says, "dear mommy, you are the bestest most awesomest mommy." Then he mumbled something about dinner being ready and his brother sleeping. And continued to say, "I love max, daddy and mommy." Awwww, I love my little guy too! X)

I went to an Iron & Wine concert with a friend; they came to the Twilight Concert Series at Pioneer Park.
It was my first concert in years...sadly.

I spruced up an old side table that my uncle made years ago. It was in my parent's basement, and they were going to get rid of it, but I saw potential! And my husband needed a new side table in our bedroom.

I got some nice modern handles from Hobby Lobby...

I fixed up a few parts, and gave it a fresh coat of paint...I love it now!
